  Love this place! So clean and nice and Jason is so friendly. The atmosphere is really sweet and welcoming and you can tell there's heart in the business. Holbrook is such a lovely town. Will stop here every trip between Sydney and Melbourne.

  Me and my boyfriend and a amazing stay! We originally booked for one night as we were stuck with a flat tyre and were waiting for it to get repaired. The lovely manager asked if we would like to stay a extra day free of charge as there was a cancellation which really helped us out! Will be definitely staying here again if we pass through the area :))) highly recommend

  Jason was very welcoming, friendly & helpful.
  We had 2 rooms & he was very accommodating with moving one of us to a different room, which was appreciated.
  
  The rooms are a little dated, however very spacious & clean, (which is paramount to me). Breakfast utensils are provided.

  Family dog friendly room, clean with all amenities. Even a fenced off area to leave dogs while packing/ unpacking the car. Chinese restaurant on site, food fresh and tasty.
  I left my phone charger in the room and that was mailed to me. Excellent service. Walk to pubs and restaurants.

  Pet friendly which was very useful for us as we were travelling with two cats. We also forgot some hand knitted toys and Jason made sure that they made their way back to us safe and sound, very much appreciated.

  Enjoyed the stay somewhat however the WiFi offering was lack luster and with such spacious rooms (a nice bonus) a more advanced kitchenette would have suited well.
