- Garry Garry Added June 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This pizza shop since my last review has now changed hands, when the Indian's were running this shop, it was one of the best around for pizza. My last visit the pizza was very ordinary & new owners have no clue how to prepare & cook there pizza, The pizza was smothered with ingredients that don't allow the proper cooking process hence the soggy, greasy & uncooked slop !
Sad, as this was my favourite place to stop for a meal when traveling.

I love my pizza & would say I have gone out of my way to search N.S.W. for the best !
I've polished of many a pizza in my time & have got it down to 2 pizza shops from well over 50 shops. I can honestly say its a dead heat between - holbrook pizza takeaway ( large aussie ) & berowra pizza shop ( family size australian with 3 eggs ) these pizzas are to die for,my mouth is watering just thinking about it !!!
All these pizzas have eggs on them "WHY" this is a great way to sort out a good pizza chef from the bad.
In my judgement there is an art in getting the egg cooked just right without destroying the whole pizza & the combination of the other ingrediants must go with everything & have outstanding flavour.
Also - there dough is rolled to the perfect thickness "authentic italian" & made fresh daily, tomato sauce puree is a special homemade mix & has just the right tang & other toppings are all super fresh & combine beautifully.
All these pizzas where eaten pipping hot straight from the oven, these are definately not your cardboard delivery type ???
So if your a pizza connoisseur the hard work is done, these are the very best - ENJOY !
